Serving Up My First Feature Story

What do the culinary students here at LBCC look forward to in an average day in their culinary "classroom"? Cooking, washing dishes, and tasting their creations? Maybe.
As public onlookers and customers, we only see what is happening within the kitchen from in front of the glass. But, what is going on behind it? How did they work their way up to preparing food for fellow students, school faculty, and the general public? I believe it's time to find out!

Culinary Arts are one of the most popular degree programs on campus. Overflowing classes, bulging wait lists, dreams, aspirations, and so much more.
